Endurance

Workout:
Run 200m
Sprint 200m
Repeat 10 times
Location: Track, Football Field, or location where you can place cones at 100m intervals.
*1 Meters = 3.28100 Feet (just a little over a yard)  Happy measuring.

MU and Db

Workout:
Muscle ups and Db Clean and Jerk
As many reps you can do of both exercises in 20 minutes.
Post time and load for db’s.

Med Ball

Workout:
Perform the following non-stop with a 20# med ball.
Crunch x 50
Goblett squat x 50
Slam ball x 50 (*mb overhead drive down and slam it on the floor and dinamically repeat)
Wall ball  x 50
Toss  x 50   (*Toss the ball from three positions: chest, side l/r, over-head)
Post time.

Alt. lunges x 30# x 20 (10/leg) db’s over-head
