WOD:
Modified Badger
Snatch x 21, 15, 9 @ 20kg kb Left arm
Pull-up x 21, 15, 9
Snatch x 21, 15, 9 @ 20kg kb Right arm
Pull-up x 21, 15, 9
Note:
1) Perform the snatch set one x 21 Left arm, then 21 pull-ups
2) Perform the snatch set one x 21 Right arm, then 21 pull-ups
Continue like that until you complete the 21, 15, 9 of snatches on each arm and the prescribed pull-ups in between the right and left arm snatch sets.
Post times and loads.
* We had a variety of participants today that modified the workouts accordingly.
While those that used the prescribed loads and techniques, others used 25# db for snatches and rings for jumping pull-ups. Others used the 20kg kb for goblet squats and rings for jumping pull-ups.
Average finishing time was 30″ for Anthony and myself. I think we could have done better, but no excuses. I can’t straighten my arms after the 4th set of pull-ups. No lie!!! I am writing to you basically with a natural bend and lean on the keyboard
Great job all around, some came close to Pukie, and one MET Uncle Pukie. Winner of the long sought after price: The Pukie Patch. Ron, you’ll have it when we meet again.

anybody that feels they are in shape please come out to wilson park(4600 n milwaukee chicago on saturday at 0830) and give us a try. We are a small but active group trying to get crossfit started. rain or shine, or snow…we are there. Come on out and give it a try. Gio, our leader, is the best. Very supportive and always willing to help..come on , try something now
