  • one 16kg / or 35# db
  • one 20kg/ or 45# db
  • one 24kg/ or 55# db

Exercises:

  1. Swings @ 24kg x 20;  20kg x 30;  16kg x 50 using both hands at shoulder height.
  2. Cleans @ 24kg x 10;  20kg x 15;  16kg x 20 using one hand per exercise/side (equally distributing reps: e.g., L=10 R=10)
  3. Clean and Push-Press @ 24kg x 5;  20kg x 8;  16kg x 11
  4. Full Squat with 24kg, 20kg, 16kg per arm x 10.
