Front squats and Burpees

65# BB 

BW Burpees

10 sets x 15 reps.

Reps each set: 15 of each exercise.

*If you would like some variety, try doing the burpee to pull-up combination.  Complete a full burpee underneath a pull-up bar and when you jump from burpee you grab bar and complete one Pull-up!
