Location:
Football field or Open field with cones

    Equipment:

  • Cones/Markers
  • KB’s (16kg, 20kg, 24kg)
  • Medicine Ball (20#)
  • Timer (a person with the timer)
  • Chalk (for you)
  • Water (for you)
  • O2 (again, for you)

Workout:

    Start Line or Touchdown line:

  1. Run the 16kg kb to the 10 yd line and put it down.
    Sprint Back!
  2. Run the 20kg kb to the 20yd line and put it down.
    Sprint Back!
  3. Run the 24kg kb to the 30yd line and put it down.
    Sprint Back!
  4. Squat throw the ball to the 10yd line.
  5. 16kg kb x 30 kb swings
  6. Squat throw the MB to the 20yd line
  7. 20kg kb and perform 30
    Goblet squats
  8. Squat throw the MB to the 30yd line.
  9. 24kg x 15 kb cleans each arm.

Sprint back with MB, put it down at start line.

Sprint to 24kg, run the bell back to start.

Sprint to 20kg, run the bell back to start.

Sprint to 16kg, run the bell back to start.

Oxygen Time!!!!
