While this is a Saturday workout, you may need to be prepared:

    Supplies

  • Chalk
  • Water
  • Towel
  • Barbell and Weights
  • Score Keeper (to keep you honest)

Workout:3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
Every set increase weight accordingly. Proper technique for the deadlift is needed, and NO ROMANIAN deadlifts!
