Workout:

Perform the following non-stop with a 20# med ball.

Crunch x 50

Goblett squat x 50Goblet squat

Slam ball x 50 (*mb overhead drive down and slam it on the floor and dinamically repeat)

Wall ball  x 50

Toss  x 50   (*Toss the ball from three positions: chest, side l/r, over-head)
