Well once again waiting for the bell to toll on Friday’s workout and here it is: WOD  Stations everyone :

  1.  Push-ups
  2.  kb swings – left arm
  3.  kb cleans – left arm
  4.  kb swings – right arm
  5.  kb cleans – right arm

Set-up:  Rotations x 5 Rotation 1: Station 1-5 x 50  Rotation 2:Station 1-5 x 40 Rotation 3:Station 1-5 x 30 Rotation 4:Station 1-5 x 20 Rotation 5:Station 1-5 x 10 Post time and loads.
