Post times and weights used. Worked on this one myself, tired and was surprised that at the start of it I was not able to do a dead hang pull up for the warm up. Tired.
Worked hard, used 20# mb for all mb exercises, used the rings for the pulls and am tired. Finished in 17:10. Whooped. Ok, now I have to find the license # of the truck that hit me.
