Tire flips out and back for distance.
First person begins with tire flips for 10 flips and runs back to next person in line.
While the member of the group is flipping tires, the group is exercising. Once you’re tagged, you run out to tire and continue to flip for distance and run back to tag next person in line.
Once tire has bee flipped by each person in the group, entire group will head out to tire for exercise(s) and run it (tire) back to the dog pound to complete WOD.
