Movement is a key component to life and well being. When did it become useless? When we began to sit for long periods of time and found that comfort was where it was at. Not many benefits outside of the couch most would say when enjoying tv, dinner, gaming, or hosting.

What will you do when you find yourself in such a state? Well for starters you can begin by standing up and walking around to increase circulation, mobility, agility and be healthy.
So, for today why not take the time to get up stretch a little and walk around the office space for a change? You know you want to, and it is beneficial.
